I liked it mostly because of the name. Whether this is supposed to be a what adderall feels like or you made this song on adderall, I like it. When I was prescribed adderall music was so much fun.

Yeah, you're right. It is actually supposed to represent the effects of Adderall (I've never actually taken Adderall, but I know it's effects). The fast and random drums and the overly loud gate make me think of some guy overdosing on Aderall and the piano part represent the 'crash' afterward. I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

[#Game it all day]

Pretty good. I took some points down because it sounded like you used some FPC drums, which seems like a waste of a good opportunity to really OWN the song.

Im still working on the final version, so...out goes the FPC. any tips for a great drum / Bass sound?

This is a bittersweet comment: It feels like the early work of a great composer that I would pass on. It's not a bad song, it's personally not my taste. Musically, there's nothing wrong; artistically, it's creative. Really like your open source album idea :).
